Shipping & Returns
At Stage Zero Shooting Supply LLC, we stand behind all of the products we offer and the vendors we represent. However, we do recognize that at times there may be a need to return merchandise. To avoid disappointment and/or additional fees, please be sure your order is 100% accurate. If you have questions and/or concerns about fitment please contact us directly at (704) 363-6658.
All returns must be new, unused, uninstalled, in original packaging and within 20 days of purchase. 20 days is strictly adhered to. All returns will be issued a store credit for the value paid for the product. If you choose you can request a 15% restocking fee and a credit card refund, any return without this request is automatically issued as a store credit. We do not accept returns on any barrel, optic, firearm, or ammo.
If American Express is used, we deduct an additional 3.5% from the refund amount since AmEx does charge us 3.5% even on refunds. If you do not wish to pay the 3.5%, then send the product back for a gift certificate to apply to a new order.
All manufacturer warranties are handled by the manufacturer, however, we will be glad to help with your issue by providing information to both parties to achieve the most efficient resolution to the issue. All shipping fees for warranty issues are also handled exclusively between you and the manufacturer.
All Firearms purchases and Special Orders are final. There will be no refund allowed. This is to include all Handguns, Shotguns, Rifles, Rifle/Pistol Receivers and Receiver sets.
Error in Shipping / Damaged Goods
If there is an error in shipment or the shipment was received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt. When you receive your shipment, please check all boxes for damage before opening them. If there is evidence of tampering and/or damage, please refuse the shipment or open the box with the shipper present in case needs to be returned and a claim filed. Keep all original containers and all packing materials for return shipment if you do not refuse delivery.
In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. You may return defective items within five (5) business days from delivery receipt, but not thereafter, provided the item(s) has not been installed and is with its original packaging. Any product returned that is not deemed defective will be charged a 25% restocking fee; no exceptions. In addition, any product deemed not defective will also be charged the return shipping fee. In the rare instance of a firearm defect, it will be handled exclusively with the manufacturer.
